RivetTracker is a modified version of PHPBTTracker, written by "DeHackEd". Written in PHP, this BitTorrent tracker provides the same functionality as most other trackers and uses MySQL as the database backend. It provides an RSS feed, optional support for HTTP seeding, detailed connection statistics, and much more. For more information about BitTorrent trackers, see the Wikipedia entry. • A webserver, Apache is a great one.
• A recent version of PHP.
• The MySQL Database.

Important: Version 1.03 and older has security issues. Until they are fixed, downloads have been pulled.

Versions at or below 1.03 have security issues that potential attackers could use to gain access to information or manipulate databases. Old versions should be considered obsolete and need to be updated. If you are upgrading, zip up all the torrents you have and do a complete reinstall. Then use the zip upload page to reinitialize your torrents into the database.
